The goal is to raise $1,800. I’ve decided to join her. I filled out all the forms, and set up a personal page. Where I dedicate this effort to “Meaux… and fighters like her.” Breast cancer took my wife from me, way too early. It’s affected friends and family, and I’ve read that one in every eight women in the United States will face this disease in their lifetimes. That’s insane.
If dragging my size-11’s up and down 39 miles of DC-MD streets will help, I’m in.
Now… how the hell am I going to raise $1,800?
